Agenda Board of Education Independent School District NO. #89 Kingfisher County, Oklahoma Cashion Public Schools
As required by section 311 Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Independent School District NO. 89, Kingfisher County, Oklahoma, will hold a regular meeting on June 27, 2011, at 6:00 p.m., in the auditorium, Cashion High School building, Cashion Public Schools, 101 N. Euclid, Cashion, Oklahoma.
(The board may discuss, vote to approve, vote to disapprove, vote to table or decide not to discuss any item on the agenda.)

Consent Agenda Vote to approve the agenda as part of the minutes Vote to approve the minutes from the regular meeting of June 13, 2011 Vote to approve activity requests, fundraiser requests, and purpose of expenditure forms (Consent Agenda may be voted separately at the request of any member of the Board of Education) 4. Items for Board Action: Vote to approve purchase order encumbrances for 2010-2011 1) General Fund: P.O. #295 – 297 & increase #22 by $400.00, #250 by $940.00 & # 274 by $136.20 totaling $2,950.70 2) Building Fund: P.O. #28 – 29 & #50016 & increase P.O. #1 by $269.06 & #7 by $750 totaling $1,441.24 B. Vote to approve, amend, or take other action on lease/purchase (2009) disbursement #22 in the amount of $152.05 C. Vote to approve payroll / purchase order encumbrances for July 2011-2012 D. Vote to approve the unpaid encumbrance list from 2010-11 E. Vote to approve, amend or take other action on the following transfers: $24,229.00 from Extended Care (941) to General Fund $204.05 from General Fund Refund (932) to General Fund $200.00 from Petty Cash (924) to General Fund $969.00 from Baseball (805) to General Fund (camp) $281.04 from Interest (933) to General Fund $6,111.00 from Elem.
