As required by section 311 Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Independent School District NO. 89, Kingfisher County, Oklahoma, will hold a special meeting on July 15, 2011, at 12:00 PM, in the auditorium, Cashion High School building, Cashion Public Schools, 101 N. Euclid, Cashion, Oklahoma.

 

                        (The board may discuss, vote to approve, vote to disapprove, vote to table or decide not to discuss any item on the agenda.)

 

1.                   Call to order

2.                  Establish quorum

3.                  Vote to approve, amend, or take other action on HVAC repairs for original high school

4.                  Vote to approve, amend, or take other action on purchase and installation of  backwash system and water softener for the kitchen water supply

5.         Vote to adjourn
