As required by Section 311 of Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Independent School District NO. 89, Kingfisher County, Oklahoma, will hold a special meeting on May 26, 2010 at 12:00 PM, in the Auditorium, Cashion High School Building, Cashion Public Schools, 101 North Euclid, Cashion, Oklahoma, 73016. ______________________________________________________________ Note: The board may discuss, vote to approve, vote to disapprove, vote to table or decide not to discuss any item on the agenda.

Discussion and vote to authorize the filing of an offer of judgment by the School District in the amount of $65,000 in M.B., et al. vs. Cashion Public School District, Case No. CIV-09-788-HE, United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, to resolve all claims asserted by plaintiffs 19.
