The Cashion Education Foundation is a non-profit
tax exempt 501 (c) (3) organization which solicits and distributes funds for the
benefit of students in the Cashion School System. The Foundation is an
independent corporation governed by a Board of Directors serving without pay.
All gifts are tax deductible.
The Purpose of the foundation is to provide educational opportunities otherwise
unavailable through public funding.
Our Mission is to promote educational excellence, generate optimism and
excitement in students and teachers and inspire community ownership, commitment,
confidence and pride in Cashion Public Schools.
Our Goal is to nourish and support innovative classroom teaching projects and to
help provide a broader range of educational experiences for our students that
are not possible through public funding.
How does it work?
Donations are invested and grants are awarded for equipment, stipends for
visiting scholars and artists, field trips, academic fairs, musical and art
shows, curriculum enrichment programs, computer-assisted instruction and library
and reading programs to name a few.
Why should you support Cashion Education Foundation?
There are over 500 reasons to support the Foundation....the 500 plus students in
Cashion Public Schools. One of the unique qualities of the Foundation is that
it allows the community to become involved as a positive and supportive advocate
for the quality of education our students receive. Promoting excellence in
education is an investment in today's youth, tomorrow's leaders and the future
of not only Cashion but the world at large. The quality of life in any
community and nation is directly related to the quality of its education
system. Make a difference in the life of a child by donating a tax deductible
gift and lending your talents to the foundation. Your contribution is a wise
investment in tomorrow's leaders...today's youth...our future. Won't you please
help prepare our children to be valued citizens, responsible
parents and productive members of our community?
